"On
the way to Honfleur, Vincent Guyon
went through Bonnefoy's and the Ferme
Saint Siméon. In the crowd of
tourists who hesitate between restaurants
which fill the picturesque little harbour
in Honfleur, there are those who
know him and the others. Approaching a young
Chef before celebrity makes him unapproachable
should be a national sport, a challenge,
a hunt quest..."from
the Champérard Guide.
Since
1999, Vincent Guyon has settled down in
the Rue Haute, near the Old Dock
and Saint Catherine's Church.
In
2002, he was awarded the Regional Trophy
of the Young Chef by the Champérard
Guide.
